Tuesday through Saturday: 10:00 am - 4:30 pm
Sunday: 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm (April - December)
Closed Mondays. Open most Saturdays on holiday weekends.

Admission is free. Donations are gratefully accepted. The Gallery is fully wheelchair accessible. Several walkers and a wheelchair are available for visitors' use.

Tours and Special Events

Group tours are available by appointment. Schools are most welcome.

Subject to prior agreement and arrangements, the Gallery could be made available for special events. Meetings, discussion groups and small workshops can be accommodated in the Melaval Room, or in the larger Stonehenge Room. Call (306) 642-5292 to inquire.

Assiniboia and District Arts Council

The Council maintains an office in the Gallery. Several OSAC (Organization of Saskatchewan Arts Councils) "Saskatchewan... Arts on the Move" exhibitions occur each year. The Arts Council coordinates volunteers to assist in the Gallery.

New Beginnings

Shurniak Art Gallery announces the opening of New Beginnings by Tania & Gary Hicks.

Enjoy nutritious menu choices in the tearoom. Open Tuesday through Saturday. Fresh lunches from 11:30 to 1:30. Specialty coffees, teas, desserts, homemade granola, and healthy alternatives from 10:00 to 4:30.
